This by-appointment-only brewery on the Faroe Islands is definitely one of the furthest flung, and certainly the most picturesque. Perched on a cliff, overlooking the rough sea, and surrounded by sheep pastures, Okkara brews over 20 different small batch beers. The Okkara Portari, an Imperial Porter, is consistently rated as their best.
